I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn for two nights in central Nagoya. The hotel's new and clean rooms were more spacious than others I've stayed in. I appreciated the thoughtful amenity shelf in the lobby, which included bath salts and facial cleansers. The staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy. The hotel's central location, next to the train station and bus terminal, was ideal for exploring the city. The lobby offered convenient amenities like cotton pads and sample-sized toiletries. a comfortable and well-equipped hotel.

A little small room.

Everything was good, really enjoyed my stay there. The room was spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amiable and attentive and the location was wonderful close to everything. And it was also next to shops, train station, variety of good eating places and train station and Department store.

We really enjoyed staying 7 nights here. Had guest room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. Thanks to a good service we had a comfortable stay. The location very close to a bus stop was good! Spent our evenings in nearby Zenzero Meieki enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Perfectly clean hotel with comfortable location in Nagoya not far from shopping malls and Midland Square. Easy check-in, parking next to the property.

Whenever I visit Nagoya, I always stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my trip!

Good location close to public transport and many restaurants. The clean facilities were nice; there were toiletries and helpful amenities including a salt bath.

The self-check-in process was not efficient and caused delays for many guests. The touchscreen check-in had issues and did not offer an option to scan resident cards, which caused additional inconvenience.
